My drug of choice: Adressing my mental health needs





I have been enjoying these before work workout sessions, particularly the lateral incline chest press portion of the workout. It has given me that extra boost of intensity needed as I go into my work shift where behaviors of my clients are uncertain. Daily I have to adress my mental health needs and this is one of those ways I address it.
