These past two weeks I have been checking my blood pressure post checking the blood pressure of my clients that I work with. I check it for health reasons, plus to strike up a humorous conversation with them that involves the mention of why it would be high in the first place. To this date my first and lowest reading since working with these clients has been 116/80, and my highest reading has been 125/85.
Going forth I would like to set goals on ways to keep it in the normal range, and not anything beyond my highest to this date.

Those are not indications of a very high BP.

Its good to heard from you ………….
Great hearing from you too. Thanks for dropping in
Keeping track is important. All my life I have had very low blood pressure.
And that is very good. For the most part my blood pressure stays low unless I drink coffee which is every now and then
I keep track of my blood pressure also. My father had high blood pressure so I’m a bit concerned but so far I’ve managed to keep it in the normal range.
That is good, Gary. I used to check my regularly when I hat a fitbit watch. It became fun checking it after I ate certain thing, and during the morning and evening hours.
Everyone should monitor their blood pressure, especially at an older age.
Yes, indeed they should Fortune
Good that you are keeping track, it is important.
