The workout

After eating the KFC chicken & donut sandwich I severely needed some cardio in my life, as well as an abdominal burning workout. The fitness center today was very empty; empty as in I and two others were on the particular floor utilizing the machines. I honestly feel that people are blowing the coronavirus out of proportion; making it more than what it is, but how can we put a halt on something that the media keeps spreading the negatives about. I, certainly will not put a halt on my activities due to what others are fearing.

I honestly believe that we should just put a mute on our televisions and ignore those that are spreading the negatives of the coronavirus. I mean, hell! We already know the steps to prevent it from getting to us and the population who are immune to it the most, so why stress ourselves even more about it when it is most likely going to pass in the upcoming weeks. I really do like how businesses are taken the extremes of cleaning their work spaces.

  • 8.46 mile bike ride

  • 2.30 mile run

  • 20 pull ups
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 20 push ups
