My drug of choice: Back in my groove

Two 3:00 minutes sessions with a 30 second break in between.

This felt so good after doing punching bag intervals. After the second set I started breathing hard. Yes!

Caught up on some reading of my book, the Pursuit of Happyness. Chris Gardner never fails at keeping me invested in his book.

I dont think I will ever stop planking after seeing the tonedness in my tummy. It just works more in the abdominals than doing crunches and sit ups.
