Many people believe that it is important to find some activities that help them relieve stress.
♦ A few friends of mine suggest filling a hot bath with aromatic bubbles, massages, dancing, painting, yoga, meditation.
♦ Some people remind themselves to focus on the good things, no matter how minor.
♦ Others seek out information (research, advice from experts, etc.) to help them figure out how to deal with the stress they are unfortunately facing.
What about you? Are you usually not nervous or overexcited? Do you know some relaxation techniques? If yes, what do you do for reducing your stress levels?
As to me, I find writing to be a stress release method.
I hope you have no worries or stress.
Thank you.
A long walk along the water, a long conversation with a friend, soping….
Meditating, praying, reading the scriptures, listening to good music especially my favorites, strolling, playing with my grandchildren, providing the needs of my family, making them happy including myself, and going to Church together with my family are if not all my ways of getting off from stress and of boredom.
Anything that engages most of my awareness will relax me. This could be art, problem solving, reading a book, playing a game or listening to really good music. Once I had a stressful job and the only thing that relaxed me was calligraphy
I see. Thank you for this detailed comment, Alex
If only I could’ve found a way to make it interesting…
I go outside the sea. My biggest therapy is laughter and games with grandchildren. I’m really relieved by the good entertainment books.
Thank you for sharing these relaxation techniques
A long walk along the water, a long conversation with a friend … these two help me the most

Guided imagery and writing are two of my favorite ways to relieve stress. A glass of Chardonnay isn’t bad either

I like reading books and that is my way of relieving from stress. When I am reading I am running away from reality and entering in another world. Shared on g+ and twitter.

Yoga works very well for me, especially the poses that involves deep breathing techniques.

Anxiety is the worst of the negative feelings. Writing is an excellent release. Also calm your breathing. Meditation. Pet your animals. Working out, yoga, resting. Taking a vacation. Sleep.
