I read about this challenge last month, and I know I really have to do this as my gut has always been unhealthy. I hope by doing this detox will help me become healthier and feeling more comfortable.
I need to remind myself not to eat these food: All grains including rice, all diary, soy, caffeine, sugar and alcohol. It might not be easy for me as our staple food is rice and a lot of food I am eating currently contain flour or sugar. But I am going to give it a try.
I am starting this challenge today.

There are very good remedies in homeopathy.
I have great faith in homoeopathy and so not so disciplined with what I eat as these remedies keep my stomach in check.
