    • That is quite good, John. If I remember correctly, the UK did have predators in the past, but most were killed a long time ago. Some of these, we don’t even have in Montana, though I’ll admit that we are blessed with having far more wild animals than people here.

        • I’m reminded that though we are technically in ‘town’, it is a small town and in the very early morning yesterday, I woke up to the delightful sound of a family of coyotes hunting along the hillside a few hundred yards from our home. Apparently, the parents were out with their pups, teaching them how to hunt. I’ve always loved the sound of coyotes ‘talking’ as they coordinate their hunting.

    • I’m glad you liked it. As for the Grizzlies, we have those in Montana. Black bears, too, but it isn’t unusual for us to go out camping or for a drive in the woods (when the forests aren’t burning) and to see a grizzly.
