Great quiz. The answer are little jumbled in the mobile screen a d I think masala is not a cuisine.
The small phone screen sometimes messes up this site, that it true. Masala is not a cuisine, but the question was, “Which of the following is NOT a term of Indian cuisine?” Masala ( เคฎเคธเคพเคฒเคพ / ู ุณุงูุง) is the Hindustani term for a spice mixture, which of course is a term used in Indian cuisine, as for example, “garam masala”.
Got it. The small screen is creating confusion on the quiz. This is a good quiz.
Thank you very much, Giri ๐
