  1. Mork and Mindy? Somehow, I don’t think so. I wouldn’t do well in a city, for one thing. I’m too much of a mountain boy.

Incidentally, Mork and Mindy did have a son after they got married, played by Johnathan Winters.

    • Mork and Mindy weren’t in the city. they were somewhere in the mountains because Mindy drove a small jeep. i forgot which state they were at. so, this one fits you. i forgot all about that old fat weird-looking baby because that is probably what happens when a human mates with an alien. i probably mostly watched the show in the beginning because i don’t remember watching the show when Winters was on it. You just now need to meet your Mindy and have a son like Jonathan.

      • They lived in the suburbs of Boulder, Colorado. The idea behind Mearth (their kid) was that Orkans supposedly aged backward, so Mork laid an egg and Mearth was what hatched. lol That was the fourth and last season. Although I’m not much like Mork, there is a resemblance between my wife and Mindy. Ella is more like Caroline Ingals (Little House On The Prairie) though.

        • Incidentally, although it only has 108,000 people, Boulder *is* a city by my standards. (This little-populated valley is crowded, to me.) Also, Mork and Mindy lived in an apartment building rather than in the country. At least they did initially. I don’t remember later on.

  2. there are episodes of Mad About You on Youtube. sometimes, i go there to watch it because i used to watch that series a lot in the 90s. it is a fun series.

    • i did my own quiz twice for fun because i liked different answers, and i got Mad About You the second time. it makes sense because I Love Lucy and Mad About You are two of my favorite sitcoms, and both about a couple during a different era.

    • Youtube has full episodes of the sitcom series. sometimes, i go there to watch the episodes again because i have always liked that sitcom series.

          • I’ve watched a bunch of Film Noir there. I collect them (especially if filmed in SF) but check them out first on there often. I have no TV service and my antenna picks up relatively little so I’ve investigated YT as a viewing option. Cheers.
(I am a movie buff – studied film history etc. I also buy DVD’s at junk stores for one to three dollars. I watch a lot of films)

        • check out the movie, The Voices. it is a dark comedy, which is sad, but filled with humor because i think it makes light of mentally ill people. the main character, played by Ryan Reynolds is trying to deal with mental illness, but there is a lot of funny moments as well as dark symbolism. i was confused because i wasnt sure if i was supposed to laugh or become depressed.

          • I checked the trailer – looks like a dark comedy? I’ll check it out if it pops up in the second hand shop. I remember there was a character in Dirt (TV series) that talked with his cat that way.

    • it is a very old black and white comedy series with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. they were married in real life, and they placed a married couple on the sitcom with their best friends, another couple and landlords, Mertz.

  3. I got: “Mad About You couple–Paul and Jamie Buchman
Independent and educated couple tends to be ambitious, career-oriented, and self-starters. They have one day for a long time until they finally had one daughter in the middle-age.”

What does it mean, “They have one day for a long time”?

    • i think that was a typo. i write things by accident It is supposed to be “They have one dog for a long time before they finally give birth to one daughter in their middle age.”
