7/12 I don’t even know some of these, just guessing but it is fun! What is the difference between flan and creme brulee?
Well done and thanks for playing! The recipes can vary, but the main difference in the serving is that the caramel in flan is soft and saucy, and crème brûlée is served in a soufflé dish and has a layer of hard caramel on top.

I tried a sweet native to Agra here last night, not sure what it was called but it was delicious. Cold and soft with a rose water type sugar syrup over it 🙂
