Pistachio nuts taste great and they are good for you, in moderation. About 6000 years ago southwest Asia started the introduction of pistachios to the general population. The part of the nut that you eat is the little green nut found inside of the cracked shell. The shells actually partically split open as part of the growing cycle on the tree. It makes getting the treasure inside a little easier for us!
Pistachios do have fiber, micronutrients, and healthy fats. The key to making this a healthy snack is to control the portion size and avoid the salted version. Keep the serving to about one ounce, (50 kernals) and enjoy.

In general, I love nuts and pistachio is one of my favorites.
They are delicious but I had to say I always buy the salted version, but all in moderation.
I just love pistachios but presently much too expensive for me to eat every day. I sometimes buy some as a treat.
Apparently, you and I are lovers of these nuts.
We have this for CNY because its called “Happy Fruit” in Chinese.
Not my favourite nut but I still eat it!
I love them a lot. I go to buy them I did not eat them long, the advantage was on the side of peanuts without salt.
