  1. I would just love to climb the hills in the interior part of Panama where my cousins on my late mom’s ide of the family call their home if they are not spending time in Panama City Panama working or going to school. Those hills were very challenging and fun to lose weight.

    • Yes, it was. It actually felt like it was burning me, then pins and needles. I was wearing hiking gear but the pants were jeans. Not a good idea, they just dont dry. The shoes dried in about 15 minutes in the sun. Pretty good right? I was so impressed. Thanks for coming along with me!
