My first Rose of Sharon bud is opening up for 2019. So excited to see this. I have three bushes. They will, hopefully, all be covered in blooms soon. The butterflies, bees and hummingbirds will have a great time with all the pollen these blooms have to offer.

I’m glad someone remembers me because of this flower. I don’t know the local name of this flower but I am happy to know that my name is similar to that of a flower. How will I know its difference with Hibiscus? My mother has some Hibiscus in her garden.

Thank you, Abhishek. I am actually looking for that flower in our local area so I can also plant it. I read about it from the Bible but I had no idea what it looks like. It was from Carol’s old post that I knew about it.
