When you write one simple word of four small letters in your daily to-do list – work – your life turns upside down. Days run fast, unusually fast. And weekends – five times faster than ever.
In the mornings, you make the most sincere commitment that you will definitely be running with life right now, but when you get home after work, you don’t want to run, but stop and rest. Just fall on the couch and drown in a movie, maybe in a book or magazine.
Make home chores? Go to a computer and doing something useful? Doing sports? No, please no. Let it be laziness, and I will catch up with time tomorrow. Maybe. I will try. I really would like to do it, even very much.
And the kitchen… the kitchen rarely sees me either. I really miss the kitchen. If we had never had a day without dessert in the past, now it turned upside down and you can find only biscuits or cake bought from the store.
Weekends remain for all cooking and baking. The same weekends that pass by in a moment before you have any time to rejoice. But sweets happen on weekends. Also, on weekends, we have dinners with the kids. And delicious desserts.

Desserts are good but not eaten daily.
Because of the daily grind, we do not often bake. But we have in the past.
I bake only at Christmas time mostly but must get back to my pizzas.
I used to love to bake, now my husband wants to do that. It’s his thing now.
