That is correct, I am talking about the Jelly Roll dessert today. Continuing with my ABC Desserts challenge.
This dessert can be made using several flavors, toppings and fillings. My favorite, when I eat it on rare occasions, is probably the chocolate topping with cream filling.
Desserts are suppose to be treats. All about moderation I say. Eating these delights every now and then, in moderation, can be a good thing.

the german bakery in Cambridge Wisconsin used to make these. They were disdained by my grandmother so grandpa and I ate them on the golf course!
Sounds like more good memories. I eat these desserts in moderation, if at all any more.
