Well, I’ve decided to challenge myself to improve my reaction and hand-eye coordination over a period of 1 week. I’ve wrote about it in my blog >>> Here
It’ll be a simple and easy challenge that would cost nothing – except some time and determination (I do give up on things easily. Let’s hope I hang on for 7 days this time round)
Anyway, it’s a very basic “activity” that just requires a ball and your hands (eyes if you consider).

Anything that you can attempt like this as a challenge is good for you and if you finish it you will have satisfaction from having done it as well as some good exercise. Go for it!
Thank you for the encouragement!!
I’ll get it done!!
Looks like with practice it would be a good exercise.
Yes and no…
It’ll be a good start and practice but I doubt it’ll burn enough calories nor make you sweat enough or heartrate elevate enough …
but still get moving first, consider others later :p
I believe you can achieve this if you really want to. I too get tired of things quickly. However, there are times I know I have to get things done and put in at extra time and effort and I always achieve that desire.
That’s good, I’m happy for you 🙂
Also thanks for the encouragement!
I want you to do this challenge ….
Thank you, Vidocka.
I’ll persevere.
video games are better for hand/eye coordination, but this is also a superior workout
I’ve had video games everyday… I don’t even need a “challenge” for it!!
hahahaha…
And yes, I do want to get myself moving more… And then I want to start small else I’d just give up.
a wise man knows himself and his limitations…
That’s Great Nice Post…
Thank you for dropping by and commenting
Progress is obtained every time we challenge ourselves, even if we fail in the early stages or even it has not succeeded until the end of your time.
Hey… I know you can do it!
Hey, thank you, Albert!
That’s motivating!!
I plan to be able to flood you with a speed of 400 words/sec by the end of it…
lol
just kidding
I will wait for you to do it for me!
I’ve watched people play handball. What a workout! Of course you will benefit from it. Seven days…You can do this!!
Thank you, Kim!
I’ve started the first day!
It was difficult but fun as well
My problem would be throwing it so that it bounces back in the right direction! When I used to play tennis I could never bounce the ball before serving because I hadn’t a clue where it would bounce off to!
You will do fine. Good exercise and inspiration for the rest of us. The image was very cool.
Thank you, Carol!
Those kinds words are motivating 🙂
Well they are very deserving. 🙂
It take a tiny bit of practice… I’m so you could do it!!
Your hand-eye coordination could be better than mine judging from that you play tennis.
