Proper nutrition is the keeper of our health.I wrote that my wife and I were at Tasmajdan Park on September 29, where World Heart Day was held.Two checkpoints measured blood, while others measured weight, body height, and blood sugar control.I listened to a lecture on proper nutrition.I am writing to you about the most important facts about healthy eating.Above all, we must beat regularly.It is advisable to have five meals a day.Proper selection of foods is of great importance.Prepare our meals is very important.Fresh fruits and vegetables have an advantage over frozen ones.Choose products with less sugar content, various additives.Reduce salt intake.It would take about 20 minutes for the liquid to be consumed to complete the meal.
