Woke up to a cold frosty morning. The coldest of the year so far. The deck had a thin layer of frost. 26 degrees is very cold. The birds don’t seem to mind. They are at the deck feeder but nothing else going on outside. The sun is trying to peek out from behind the clouds. It will be another cold day. I will stay indoors.
Hope you are all having a good day. Each day is a chance for a better day.

Ha! It was a frigid day yesterday with 20s Kim. Today is it rain all day long.

Ah the first big frost, mostly because my car is outside, it is more about scraping than anything else. 🙂

Everything is nice and just not good for health – it should be very cold now
It was snowing lightly here, about an hour ago. I’ll be out in it to go to church, but this is likely to be the second day in a row where the temperatures don’t get above freezing.
It’s funny about the birds. There is a small flock of sparrows that have been staying inside our chicken pen. They only fly away when I feed and water the chickens and they return as soon as I leave.
