Instead of purchasing the same plants every year and losing planting time, invest in perennial flowers that will not only beautify your garden or terrace throughout the year, but will also save you time.Chrysanthemums flourish from August to November and as long as they are in flower, they should be regularly and abundantly watered.Otherwise, autumn rose is valid for very resistant flowers, so with a little care they can beautify the gloomy days. It is already in spring, as soon as the danger of late frosts ceases. When the chrysanthemum ends with flowering, it should be shortened to about 30 centimeters of height. In the winter dream it enters by stopping with watering and the plant shortens to the ground. Before the first frosts, it should be covered with nylon to keep the soil moisture and protect the root. This is my chrysanthemum that I saved over the winter. I have two years. I have them in other colors, they just started to flourish

We have so many chrysanthemum in our place.
Wonderful, they are the gardens of the gardens in the autumn
That is nice and wonderful to see a garden filled with those flowers.
Very sensible advice. Here we often got cuttings from other people’s gardens with their permission. I,ve grown lots of plants this way without spending anything and given cuttings away to other as well. We have flowers all year round in New Zealand
I love flowers and I heard that in New Zealand flowers can not be imported from another country, and the laws are such
You are right Branka, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries are strict on that because we are vulnerable to viruses and bugs that other countries have and we don’t. A lot of damage has been done from imported plants and animals.
The apple moth came in on imported apples and they had a lot of trouble getting rid of that. Plus snakes are something we don’t have here nor want.
We just have to be careful.
Very beautiful flowers!
Thank you,ellie925…
I know them just so I know that the most on the graves
And they plant them in the graveyard, because they do not need maintenance
I have the most there – now is the time for chrysanthemums
I have two bushes, one orange, and one white. The yellow ones are lovely too!
Thank you, they’re all pretty, I have 10
They are usually sold in pots this time of year.I just bought one.
And I bought them in a bowl last year, they were small. I put them in the yard
