Mushrooms Reduce Belly Fat

Georgetown University just completed research on the matter and the facts are in. It really does help to add mushrooms  to your diet. 

We put our heads together and made a great turkey roll. I go to the butcher and have the turkey pounded and ready to roll. We put together chopped mushrooms, chopped green onions, one tablespoon lemon zest, panko crumbs, and a touch of honey.

Roll it up like a jelly  roll and bake it. It’s healthy. It’s good and it helps reduce belly fat!
