We put our heads together and made a great turkey roll. I go to the butcher and have the turkey pounded and ready to roll. We put together chopped mushrooms, chopped green onions, one tablespoon lemon zest, panko crumbs, and a touch of honey.
Roll it up like a jelly roll and bake it. It’s healthy. It’s good and it helps reduce belly fat!
