Charleston South Carolina was an interesting family trip a few years ago. We had driven down to Florida and went back up the east coast to Charleston. One of the twins was sick so there were frequent stops. We spent time on the beach and went through the US Navy museum in the harbor.
It is a city filled with beautiful old houses!
