Raven snores!
Gwen was a puppy mill dog, in the years before we knew that was a bad thing. We did discover why puppy mills are bad pretty fast, she was skittish and had been abused as a puppy. It took her years to overcome that fear.
Gwen was the first dog we had in Cincinnati. She was the only dog in our family until Fran arrived, but that was not until we moved to Indiana. For the first few years, Gwen was the dog. I have a lot of stories about learning about shepherds. The one thing, she was really smart and she watched people!

Ha, ha. It does look like the dog’s tongue sticking out there, doesn’t it?
it does, she usually had her tongue hanging out of her mouth!
She really knew what was going on in this picture then, and held her other tongue inside…lol…
she had a gift for that. Shepards tend to be smart, and she was very smart for a shepherd. Always thinking her next move!
She liked to play chess with you, thinking one or two moves ahead then…lol…
that is an interesting analogy you’ve put forward and very true. She did often try to anticipate what was next.
My dog now is a lot more stubborn, he just stands in my office door to get me to go!

it is funny the twin’s dog (Raven) loves to be in my office either in the chair or in the front of my office. But she snores so loud!
