I Chose Anger

I am tired. Iam hot. I wanted some ice. No one had filled the trays. I chose anger. I am disappoint in myself. It simply made me unreasonable and solved nothing. It is done and time to adjust. It is time to set tomorrow’s choices. The most important is to choose peace ,helpfulness and joy. If I keep my emotions under control,the day goes better. – It’s a 14 hour work day plus a two hour class. That sums up the day. I have asked for some adjustments and hope they are able to make it happen. I cannot sleep tonight so I may as well put some posts together; maybe something creative this evening will help.

  1. If I cannot sleep I either watch something or return to do something on my PC. Being alone I never have anyone to vent anger at so my problem is that my friend down below has to be careful. If someone comes up on a bad day for me and says something I do not agree with I am all over the place and then of course, afterward I apologize what can you do?
