Looking to lose a little weight and get a bit more healthy. Plant bases soups are a great way to get things started. If you switch two meals into plant bases soups for three weeks you should notice a difference. The great thing about this soup is that you can add so many things to the base it is constantly changing. You want to use a very little salt, vegetables, chard, kale, and any kind of beans. I put them in small containers and can add some different items for each meal. There is so much variety that I don’t mind eating it for two meals a day. Be sure you use vegetable broth, not meat-based.

I love soups but I am too lazy to make them for myself and have canned soups. I do make split pea in my slow cooker. My favorite cold soup is sorrel

I eat Keto-friendly foods most of the time, and this would be a great idea for me. I may try this option. I may buy myself some spaghetti squash and make some soup from it and add other vegetables to it. A great idea for healthy weight loss.
