Captured the full moon from my front porch a couple of nights ago. Not a good photo, I apologize.
So I decided to make it black and white, since it was taken at night, and share with Friday’s Black & White challenge.
The moon can be very challenging to photograph. I did not have my bigger camera when I saw this from the front porch. Such a magical site to see. So big, it was as if you could touch the moon.
It would be so cool to visit the moon, don’t you agree? Wonderful what we would see if we were to visit.

Not this one. This was a quick snap using my iPhone! Not goof at all, better in black and white I believe.
…. the halo and glow were because the moon was so bright that night. It was gorgeous.

I am so glad that I live where there are no city lights. I get to see so much in the sky when the clouds are not present.
i would step on a spacecraft to go to the moon.
I love watching as the moon rises. It brings such a gentle light to the world beneath.

i signed up for NASA’s teacher in space program but was not selected. in the end probably a good thing I was not in the program.

i was in the last 10, then they picked Chrita McAuliffe. Sadly, she died when the challenger blew up.

To me, the picture of the moon never fails, it’s really hard to photograph.
It is hard without a bigger lens. But I saw it and I have it instilled in my mind the beauty!
