I’m never this discipline…
I used to exercise once or twice a week, but now I try to do some light exercises every day instead.
That is a very good idea actually, do short workouts daily is actually better than you do a long one once or twice a week …
Yes, there are so many excuses to skip a workout, but a few minutes a day are still more than nothing. 🙂
