Weight Loss Tips

I have lost over 20 KG weight recently so this is the list of tips for those who suffer overweight

1: DAILY EXERCISE

Exercise is the most important factor in loosing weight, loosing weight actually means that the calories intake of a person must be less then the person expenditures of calories, so that the body burns the extra  fats for energy, so if you can’t keep a diet you can still loose weight, by increasing your daily exercise up to a vert high point. That includes cardio and weight lifting both.

2:DIET

Although a person can loose weight with only increasing their daily exercise,but for an over weight person that can be difficult so, its better to do exercise and make up a healthy diet to reinforce the weight loss due to exercise. The diet should include, mostly green vegetables, and mostly and no sugar or oil.

3: DAIRY PRODUCTS GOOD OR BAD

Many people believe that diary products are not good for a weight loss program. Yes they are not but excluding yogurt, yogurt consists of goodfats.. Which gives you energy.. For the daily exercise and does not effect your calories intake.

3: CUCUMBERS, and, WATERMELON , A MAIN FACTOR

This is my own experience, I believe I lost my weight due to replacing many of… Oily and fats consisting foods in my diet… with Cucumbers… A lot of cucumbers and Watermalon, these two only consist of 80% water, and good fiber etc which cannot be digested.. So they not only help you loose weight but also cleans your digestive path.

4: WATER INTAKE

Water is another factor I believe good in loosing weight.. Keeps you hydrated, which increases your daily exercise, with water intake increased, the feel of need for food decreases.. This is my own personal experience. I used to drink minimum of 12 glasses a day.

5: KEEPING UP WITH THE PLAN AND NOT LOOSING HOPE

I know it is difficult but.. If you keep up with an exercise and Diet plan.. You can loose weight and attain fitness easily, in the journey of weight loss there comes a point where you won’t loose further weight although you are keeping up with the plan…. That point is the where you need to change your diet, not loose hope and gradually the weight loss starts again.
