I usually do not make lists. Except for grocery lists. But I saw this message from Buddha and it hit home.
All of these things need to be done in my life every single day. A reminder for anyone else who may need it.
Also, I have to apologize for not viewing many posts today. I had to leave and was gone most of the day.
But I promise to get caught up as soon as I can.
– count my blessings
– let go of what I can’t control
– practice kindness
– listen to my heart
– be productive yet clam
– just breathe

I make some kind of notes or lists every day. As I work on writing I have to make sure I remember the deadlines and I also jot down ideas about what I want to write about next

I have a book somewhere that is called ‘Write it Down And Make It Happen.’ It makes a lot of sense. When I write to-do lists for the day I get the things done I put on the lists.
Sounds like my kind of book. That is great. Have a good weekend.
