Do You Have a Breakfast Preference

I enjoy breakfast and could eat it for every meal. Grits are one of my favorites. But I enjoy a bowl of oatmeal and cereal as well. Waffles, pancakes, omelettes, love them all. I have always heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Even if you just grab an apple on the way out, if you are win a hurry, that is better than eating nothing I believe. I snapped a few photos over the years of my food. I am not big into taking food photos but every now I then I will so share goes. I sliced a banana to go with my frosted flakes one morning. Then sliced a fresh tomato to go with my omelet another morning. Do you have a preference or maybe neither of these are for you.

  1. I am not a big breakfast food kind of person….Some days I intermittent fast and don’t eat until 1 PM or later. Great post though, these kinds of posts are always fun!

  2. To say it’s the most important meal.
    We in Serbia often use kačamak, proju, ražice. As an addition mainly cheese, ham.
    The maple is made by rubbing cornflour and meat until it is thickened in the salted water, where a little bit of corn oil is poured slowly from the hand.
    Eat warm with, broad, or fried egg.
    Also in hot Kačamak is added cold milk and sugar.

      • Here, Robin was accurately described by the Balkan breakfast. I always have breakfast, because I could not function during the day. Eggs in any shape, cheese, bacon, ham, polenta ..We also drink tea, yogurt, milk. Breakfast is more important than dinner.
