Bring Back Breakfast Two

Avocados are healthy and very tasty. If you want a simple quick breakfast this might just be the thing you are looking for. Cut them and remove the pit. Lay them out on a backing sheet. Crack an egg into each half of the avocados, add a little salt and pepper and a tiny splash of avocado oil (you can use the spray). Pop them in the oven until the egg is they way you like it. Pull it out and have a great breafast.

We make two slices of toast and cut them in strips. Everyone gets just enough toast to enjoy and noone goes overboard.  It is one of our favorite breakfasts.
