Cherry tomatoes

Compared to “plain” tomatoes containing about 4.7% sugar, cherry tomato contains 7 to 7.5% carbohydrates, which gives it a sweet taste. It has a fine aroma and a balanced sugar ratio. Cherry tomatoes in the diet are particularly important and appreciated due to low calorific values, content of organic acids, carbohydrates, fibers, C vitamins, provitamins A and B groups, E, K and PP. Namely, in 100 grams of fresh fruit we have a total of 21 calories, UH is 4.41 g, protein has 1.47 g and fat is 0.3 grams in total.

This is my first Cherry tomatoes this year.
