Cauliflower is extremely healthy and also a great substitute for rice

My garden is doing very nicely this year. I’ve been picking crops for a while. These crops are really BIO because I don’t use any “artificial” sprays. I suppress pests in a natural way.   1. Yes I love cauliflower. And have heard of people making rice with it. Never tried the rice, but i know I would like it. It is also good uncooked and dipped in a dressing or dip. Also good cooked with melted cheese!

  2. I am very happy to hear you have a good crop. Here in Canada, the crops have suffered slightly due to a cold spell at the beginning of June of all times. Personally, I do not like cauliflower at all. The taste does not agree with my palate… But the fact remains, I am very happy for you…
