I love castles we do not have many in the US (most are replica castles at best). I love them!!!!

there are a few in the US that were built by people in the last 100 years. But I love the castles of Europe.
For my taste, the most beautiful castles are Germany and France
I would agree, although England and Ireland have a few as well that are beautiful.
My favorite castle of all time is Mad Ludwig’s castle just south of Munich. (well an hour plus south).
I spent a day there. I could have spent a month!
I know this castle … I visited it several times … this is the fairytale castle NEUSCHWANSTEIN the castle of Ludwig of the other Bavaria … for me there is no beautiful castle in the world …. I agree that in England and the whole of Great Britain there are many beautiful castles
