Another photo to share with today’s Saturday Critters challenge. This photo is from my front yard. My Rose of Sharon bushes are all three blooming. This skipper butterfly decided to have a visit on one of the blooms.
There are bees all over the bushes as well. I have talked about them before. And agin, a blue sky today. so far. Maybe we will have no thunderstorms like the past few days.
Enjoy life as it comes. It is short, so savor the moments.

Beautiful picture.Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Branka for the kind comment.
You are right, we should not regret anything. Life is full of perfect and bad moments, but if we start to regret all that happened bad to us, we will miss a lot of perfect moments.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts Fortune. I have to keep reminding myself every day.
Great picture , Thank you for sharing
Thanks very much for your comment.
That partial view of the rose gives the photo a touch of class
You are so kind to say that and to notice. Thank you Grace.
Beautiful picture. I enjoy as much as possible.
Thanks and I know you do. Have a great evening.
Nice questions! I just love your photo, it is perfect for a postcard
Good to see you. Thank you very much!
I should order postcards with my photos.
Beautiful flower with good message.
Thanks, they are blooming all over the bushes!
Great picture, dear Carol…I enjoy life at any moment….nice day
Thank you dear Lado. We should all enjoy each moment we have.
I totally agree with you … so enjoy each moment individually, dear Carol
I will do that and I am wishing you a great rest of the day again.
Hmm… can I ask a noobie question?
How you take such great insects macro?
What is your setup>? esp your lens choice?
Sure… for these photos I use my small pocket Canon Power Shot. It has a macro setting I use. I only use my bigger Nikon and tripod for the hummingbirds.
I absolutely love this little camera and it fits right in my pocket. 🙂
Ah, thanks for the information!
My auntie was planning to get a easy to carry camera for her wedding and honeymoon … one that fits in pockets does sounds like what she wants!
Another lovely picture. Life is short indeed. It goes racing by.
Thank you, life goes by way too fast. I wish I could slow it down.
Sometimes we forget how short our life is.
Yes we do. After losing most of my family, I am reminded every day.
