I am sure that you all know about affirmations, regardless of whether you do it or not, still do it or not, feel successful or not during or after doing so. We know that the workings of affirmation are forming the subconscious mind, so to do it effectively, we need a calm and relaxed atmosphere in such a way that we can work directly in the subconscious.
There is no stipulation whether one affirmation is better than the other? Because basically, every positive program will certainly be positive to the subconscious mind. But at least on the basis of experience, the habit of programming yourself with affirmation can begin with a “meta” or global, with the goal of forming a major Self Image, or even a specific reality such as health, as necessary for the ultimate foundation of life.
The “meta” affirmation can be an expression of spiritualism that describes the beliefs of the relationship between us and the Creator, us with the universe, and describes the basic rights we believe to be inherent with our birth in this world.
Of course for affirmation to bring results and progress means we must do it repeatedly, continuously and intensely for at least 5-6 weeks.

That’s a very interesting topic, friend. I still haven’t explored their power to the fullest. Do you have any tips?
I think the most important thing about affirmations is about the effective and powerful sentences and read them with confidence in a relaxed state, or when you are so sleepy to be a nerve trail in the subconscious mind.
That’s a great idea! I should try it.
Hopefully, you get the most out of it, Ellie.

Thanks, Tas. Maybe this kind of thing is not something that interests you.
That’s good, Tas. Affirmation works well for me…
I love affirmations and I use them
That’s great, Branka. I am sure you already have its benefit.
That affirmation means a lot to me
I took another step in getting to know you, my friend.
Like mediation, I struggle at times with Affirmations. Sometimes it is easier to give in than finish the course!
I think doing affirmations is a lot easier than meditation, dear friend.
I struggle with both at times. It must just be me.
If you already memorized the sentences, the easiest way is to do it just before falling asleep.
My affirmations are done by deep breathing. I have written about how I had to learn to breathe correctly over the years. It helps and is my form of therapy and I do it every day. This always calms me down no matter what is going on in my mind.
Right, Carol. Breath is an important thing for relaxation and realizing life. I am just a little curious about your affirmation sentence, and if you don’t mind, maybe I may know one of the sentences.
I wish its something download-able…lol
but its something to be learn…
I think nowadays there are many forms of downloadable affirmations like in youtube, to upload in our subconscious mind.
Hmm… it’s a technology I need to research more on… LOL
Yep! I think you can do it easily now…
to do this successfully a calm mind is needed. Super post Albert
Of course, LaJenna. I’m sure you can do it effectively, right?
