Continuing once again with my new series, ABC Desserts.
So many choices when I start thinking about which dessert to share.
For today, I am sharing a “C” dessert. An all time favorite of mine is CHEESECAKE.
There are many recipes out there, and many ways you can enjoy this wonderful and creamy dessert.
Some will add fruit topping. Some will swirl in brownie batter with the cheesecake.
Those are all very tasty, but I prefer just plain New York style cheesecake. What about you?

I have had that one before, good but not a favorite.

The Outback has a new caramel cheesecake (cheesecake drizzled with caramel). But the best cheesecake ever, Carnegie’s Deli, New York City!
i took the twins when we were in the city. They each got a piece of cheesecake that was bigger than their heads! (not really but you know what I mean)!
I don’t think I have ever tasted a cheesecake that I didn’t like.
Ghostwriter, The crust has to be just right for me. I don’t care for graham cracker crumbs with cheesecake.

cheese cake is always a go-to. The only thing i choose over it is ice cream!

Now that I think about it, there’s no dessert I really don’t like. This cheesecake looks very appetizing.
I am about the same way. Love this one best of all.
Oh I do love a good cheesecake! Not quite sure what a New York cheesecake is, but my son likes to make a baked cheesecake, which is a whole different animal, and very delicious but in a very different way 🙂
I love them as well Norman. I like the plain thick one above, called a NY style.
What makes a New York cheesecake official is its dense texture, which feels so smooth and rich you can’t eat more than a small slice without regretting it later. Because it’s heavy. Haters compare it to a brick or a slab of cream cheese on crust. But pro New York cheesecake enthusiasts are adamant about its superiority.
Oh, I’d be agreeing with those New York cheesecake enthusiasts, that’s for sure 🙂

I also love cottage cheese desserts. I would add forest fruits.
I don’t care for cottage cheese but I know many who are. Fruits are good added.
I really like sweet things I just have to be a little careful about the extra pounds

Sounds good to me, I could eat an entire cheesecake right now I believe. 🙂 Not really but I do love them.
