I was talking to a bunch of high school seniors roughly a month ago now. They were mostly focused on technology questions but at the end someone dtayed on the call and asked me a different question. Why, she asked, do you write?
At first I was a little confused, and answered it is part of my job.
She said, no I mean why do you write your blogs?
We ended up talking about that for about 15 minutes.
From that conversation I pulled this poll of why I write?

It does, in fact do that. Sometimes it also let’s you share the other sides of your personality!
What your questions would be had me curious. Was not disappointed. Writing is an amazing opportunity that I want to take advantage of whenever possible.

Definitely good! Sometimes it’s stressing me, but I like the feeling when someone read what I shared. xD
I like that feeling, when someone reads my stuff as well. It is a wonderful feeling that lasts until the next time work makes me feel bad!

I am glad, I wrote it for the same reason. Just wanted to make sure I had a good reason to sit, and share!
I write because it is better to write my thoughts on world events with my view of events from my viewpoint.
That is a really powerful way to look at blogging and writing. I will have to ponder that for awhile! Thanks!

That is quite an accomplishment! I have to then ask, how do tiny pixie’s apply enough pressure to the keys of a keyboard to type?
Pixies use their two feet to hop from one key to the next — at times, the magic wand helps hahaha but no, pixie dust is on limited supply so that is used sparingly and only in dire emergency hahaha fortunately, I am not tiny (at least, basing it from average height of my countrymen) I am a good 5’5″. I used to hunch my shoulder as a kid because I was the tallest in the class and the other kids were mostly my chest’s height hahaha
Well there you go. Now the thought of you hopping from key to key is making me laugh!
