So let’s get some water and broth in our body and see if that doesn’t help us be happy. There is no way to overthink get hydrated.

Read

Step out of your thoughts and ideas and take a look at something else. Immerse yourself in a mystery, a tell all book, or a how to. Reading can transport your thoughts to a different path and those mental walks are healthy.

  1. I do walk around and do some shadow boxing to pick up my mood when I am down. What saddens me is how some people mistreat animals that have never harmed them. Even the kitten Burt can be a cat who gets his jollies running outside for a little while by sneaking out the door, I would never want to harm him.

  2. Lol, I was looking for “playing games” but it’s not there …
perhaps losing a game might make one more sad … lol
but gaming has help me sometimes

  3. It is funny, I work really hard to avoid the sadness around me. It permeates and takes over sometimes. I hear a song on the radio that reminds me of my father “turn that music down”. Or something my grandfather used to say.

Sometimes it is even logging into Virily and reading the comments. That one should always make me happy or at least be something I can live with. It isn’t.

Thank you for posting, reminding and caring!
