Today we have blue skies, temperature just under 80 and hard to believe June is nearly over. With the weather being so beautiful outside l took a trip up to Russell Orchards Farm and winery, family owned and operated. They have great local fresh produce, and there homemade cider donuts are made fresh throughout the day. My favorite part of visiting here is seeing the farm animals, l enjoy visiting them. Luckily today l didn’t get chased around by the geese. They can be quite feisty running behind you as you walk along the fresh water pond. This time of year you can pick your own strawberries. Next month blueberries, and in April you can bring home delicious apples.
