Here are just a few things I have been using to keep my immune system going strong. My family takes two Emergency C packets daily, and we also take one spoonful of the Black Elderberry Liquid twice each day. I can honestly tell you that these two items are making me feel more confident about our present health.
Do you take supplements to keep your immune system strong? I know we still could get sick, but due to these two items, I feel better our family will stay strong throughout the Corona-Virus threat. We also take Acia, and a complete vitamin liquid.
Thank you tasartcraft for visiting. Stay well!
i have to tell you sis, my recommendation is always Vitamin water zero. No calories, well low calories (one has 4 in 20 ouches).
you get water.
You get vitamins
You also get amino acids!
The only downfall to zero type drinks is that they are usually made with artificial type sweeteners. Stay healthy brother.
that is true, but Vitamin water zero doesn’t have the artificial sweeteners! i can’t drink those any more!!!
It will surely boost the family’s immune system with these things. My family and I have Vitamin C tablets here too. We need them to keep fit as a fiddle.
Thank you Shavat for visiting. Stay well!
Nice. I keep up with my apple cider vinegar intake, as well as drinking warm lemon water.
Thank you Thomas, I must start back up with my apple cider vinegar intake as well.
I have the capsules because there were times I didn’t want to take the time to mix the drinks. The capsules are more convenient for me because I can pop anytime.
I have heard great things about elderberry. We have elderberry sryup I made. #kindcomments 4/4/20
Thank you ghostwriter, maybe post the recipe for the elderberry syrup.
I take Vitamin C with zinc and selenium. And separately 24 minerals and vitamins for people over 50. And we Bulgarians also have a mandatory BCG vaccine. This happens while you are a newborn baby in the hospital.
Thank you lacho59 for sharing your thoughts.
Glad that is helping. I eat apples and oranges, that seems to help.
Thank you Carol, stay well dear friend.
