Stacy loves to cook when home for a visit. She found a recipe in my Keto book I ordered a short time ago. The recipes starts out with frying a pound of hamburger. Then when 3/4 done add tomatoes and zucchini, garlic, onion powder, and a jar of tomato sauce.
Stacy loves to say CHEESE and show off her cooking skills.
This last pictures is how the dish turned out.
Then add your favorite cheese if desired. It turned out so great there is not a drop of a left-over.
