In fact, this year the Eastern Easter is not on the same day as the Western one. Here in Bulgaria, it’s Palm Sunday today and next week will be Easter. I will write more on this topic soon. 🙂
On the photo, you can see my delicious carrot cake. It’s completely dairy-free because it’s made with cinnamon coconut cream frosting. I am not on a dairy-free diet, but I simply love coconut. You can find the recipe on my blog.

Actually, carrot cake is not a traditional recipe here, and initially, I didn’t believe that I’d like it much, but I love it now and I often add carrots to my desserts. See more recipes here.
