Today’s dessert is a delicious apple cake. I am obsessed with apples lately. I decided to add a little bit of jam to make the cake more interesting, and I tried making some crunchy topping. It tasted amazing, but there are still a few things I want to improve before posting the recipe. Until then, you can find a few other delicious apple desserts on my blog.

What is your favorite fruit to use in desserts? Until recently I didn’t use to like fruit desserts much, but I love them now. Most of the time, I use apples, and sometimes bananas.
