This morning I woke up with a terrible headache and I had to take a pill because it hurt a lot. Couldn’t stand, got dizzy and I almost threw up. Fortunately it worked and I’m all better now.
While laying in the bed and being thirsty, I thought about a picture for today’s post. It’s showing four glasses with sparkling water, raspberries and raspberry juice, I had them prepared for me, my parents and my brother. It was a beautiful day, we were hiking and when we returned we stopped by our summer house (actually, it was just one room and a terrace) and had those delicious drinks!
I miss those times…

It was great ?. Way better than any soda or juice in the supermarkets.
Well, it’s really easy to make, but you need some raspberry juice for it. My mother .akes it and stores it for later.
Yes, having medicine always available is good practice. I haven’t tasted a raspberry juice yet but your photo of these glasses filled with juice looks refreshing.
I strongly recommend this mix ?. The raspberries were from my garden, my parents still grow raspberries, strawberries and all kind of other berries ?.

All better now! Those drinks were perfectly refreshing, we often use fruits, homemade fruit juice and sparkling water to make this kind of beverages.

Mai de mult ai mei aveau capsuni multe, acum doar cateva, dar s-au reprofilat pe zmeura. Vara e o placere sa te plimbi printre tufele de zmeura ?.
