These tacos can be made with corn tortillas or flour tortillas.

Ingredients:
- Ground beef
- Onion
- Tomato sauce
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Cumin
- Black olives
- Tomatoes
- Grated cheese
- Sour cream
- Green onion
- Jalapeno chilies
- Salsa
- Tortillas, corn or flour
Preparation:
Chop the onion, mince the garlic, fry them for a few minutes, add the ground beef, stir until browned, add the tomato sauce, salt and spices. Continue cooking until the tomato sauce is fried. Add a little water and cover the pan. Cook until done.
Slice black olives, jalapeno chilies, tomato and green onion.
Warm the tortillas, put a little beef hash on the center, then add grated cheese, sour cream, green onion, black olives, jalapeno pepper and salsa.
