A while ago, I posted a colourful poem, saying that I am growing my Green Tree of Wisdom.
This tree in the backyard is such a wonderful illustration of that. Towering above the house high into the sky, I find myself wondering how much this tree has seen in it’s lifetime and how much wisdom will be stored from the roots, into the trunk, high up into the sky.

I am glad and proud that you have been exploring The Tree Of Life
Thank you, Albert. It is an absolute necessity in life.
Yes, of course, Della. That’s great POV of you!
My favorite poem growing up was the Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein (sp). You’ve captured the magic of trees in your picture!
I went to go read it now. What a wonderful poem. Thank you for the nice compliment Doc.
Trees are said to be the most contemplative of all creation so I often joke that maybe saints turn into a tree when they die ???
That is a philosophy that I will go with from now on.
Hahahahahaha sure and may our tribe grow lol
That is so true, just imagine.
I have often said, if only the trees could talk, what a story!
