When I was little, simple things like soap bubbles were able to make me very happy. I always blew all the bubbles on the first day, and the homemade soap bubble solution was never as good as the store-bought one. What about you, do you know a good recipe for soap bubble solution?

“Happiness is like soap bubbles. It comes in small fragile doses, transparent and gentle, that you can’t catch, or hold forever. You have to learn to recognize the moment, to embrace it and when the bubble pops and the moment is over, to choose whether to remember it or not.The miserable people are the ones who think that happiness is a permanent state. They waste half of their lives trying to find it, and the other half being disappointed that they can’t, while there are many little soap bubbles floating in the air around them, but they don’t ever see them.”― Limor Moyal, Chariots on the Highway

Happy New Year, Ellie! <3
Happy New Year! Glad to see you back! 🙂
Fantastic photo! And bubbles are always fun 🙂 When Eli uses up all of his bubbles that we have bought at the store, we just mix up some dish soap and water….never the same as what was bought at the store, but it works.
Thank you so much! I wonder what they put in those store-bought mixtures.
It’s not the question of what’s happening to you, but how you react to what’s happening to you. Count the good things in your life while others report their misfortunes
That’s a great perspective! Thank you so much, Elenka!
I try to embrace every little moment of happiness that I can find. Great message
This is so wise! Thank you so much for stopping by!
Love the photo!!
I used to play soap bubbles too and my mum would make some for me…
I like them all as long as there are bubbles lol
Hehe, bubbles are always fun! Thank you for stopping by! 🙂
Beautiful contemplation with dazzling photos, Ellie. Happiness is a simple matter of something as it is. The difficulty is that we define happiness as we wish and complicated requirements as complex as our minds.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for the wise thoughts!
Well, you have a point Ellie. Most complain about this and that and they never stop to smell the flowers!
Soap bubbles is something I love very much.
Thank you so much for you wonderful words! 🙂
Very nicely done Ellie! Wow!
Thank you very much, Carol! 🙂
It is so important to remember and treasure the moment. Find the happy medium!
That’s very well said! Have a wonderful week!
Thanks! You as well! Always good to start the week off with fun things to think about!
The refractive index of your medium really compliments the crepuscular lighting
Thank you, I thought you wouldn’t notice! 😀
No such luck, light on form is a great concern of mine…
It could be better, but these bubbles just do whatever they want.
your results look pretty optimal to me
What a shot!! WOW, this is excellent! We used to use just liquid dish washing soap, but you are right, it never was as good as the store bought kind. Now they have colored bubbles!!
Thank you very much, Kim! 🙂
