I found this recipe on Facebook. It is how to make chicken fritters. It is made with chopped up chicken, shredded cheese, eggs, and flour. I used almond flour to make it Keto friendly. My husband approved the recipe.
click here for the Facebook chicken fritter recipe. I used chicken thighs to slice into thin pieces. I think she used chicken breasts. It gave eating chicken a new experience. Just don’t make the patties too thick so the chicken cooks evenly better.

Second, the best line of the day “my husband approved.” In our house, my wife doesn’t cook. But she approves all meals we make!!!

Thank you Carol for visiting. have a great day.
You’re always making me hungry!!
These looks too good!!!!
Try it alibb it is keto friendly. I had two fritters with steamed green beans, and I was content. I even had dipping sauce.
Would normal flour work?
normal flower is the original recipe, but then it isn’t keto anymore…
Hmm… looks like we can’t have best of both worlds…
Almond flower has fewer carbs, so Keto accepts almond flour for being keto friendly.
Almond flour is best or Rice flour
Hmm… I currently have none of those …
maybe I can put it on the list for my next grocery trip
