Christmas cities lights

Christmas lights that adorn our cities create a magical atmosphere and warm the cold nights of this season, some say these lights are used to help Santa Claus find our house but there are a religious symbolism for the use of lights, they represent the eternal light of Jesus’ spirit in Christian tradition. Do you know any other meaning for the use of lights?

My city is particularly beautiful at this time of the year. One of these nights I took a walk with my kids and took these pictures and I couldn’t resist to share it with you all.

    The lights, of course, have their meaning.
    They represent the Light, Jesus, coming to the world.
    They represent the Light that shines in the dark to find the way.
    Now we are in the darkest part of the year, there is not much light.
